Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is the world's first tablet with an HDR10+ certified display

The company seems really proud of its latest tablet.

I hope they'll went for wider gamut like iPad, even the cheap iPad Mini 2019 almost covered DCI-P3, or even better, going real 10-bit (not FRC).

And the irony dies. HDR10+ is co founded by Samsung

HDR10+ is a next-generation open standard for high dynamic range (HDR) video. The HDR10+ Logo License Program is the product of a joint venture established by Samsung Electronics, 20th Century Fox and Panasonic Corporation

While you're likely to get USB-C, I can guarantee you won't see a 10 bit display from MS even this time. They don't even use a 10 bit display in their awfully expensive AIO desktop.

HDR10+ great, but is it a 10 bit display? Sony claimed Experia 1 would be a 10 bit display, but after reading specs in their site, I see it's not a true 10 bit display. Gimme a tab with a true 10 bit display, and I am sold.

Nice to know. I'll have to see what Microsoft will offer with the upcoming surface devices first before I buy this.

                        Thats good ............
