I read through the article, it seems that Samsung really cannot stop oversharpening and oversaturating the photos, can they. It's such a pity since they actually DO nail exposure compensation(even though HDR is sometimes a bit over the top) and video recording in general. I hope things will change when they introduce S11.

Oh wow would you look at that, another test that says absolute f*ckall about phone's camera quality because everyone knows it's crooked. I bet they'd even take a photo with a $10k if the phone's camera was too trash to give the result manufacturer paid for.
Same thing with DisplayMate, can't trust anything these days except your own eyes and small independent reviewers without enough traffic to attract the manufacturers.

I might be on a minority side but those 3 things are actually major gripes I have to my regular S10. UI feels consistently slow and camera falls behind others especially in terms of detail rendition. I prefer their old Android skin, Samsung Experience, over One UI any day.

They introduce a lot in terms of camera, as being the first. RGB+Monochrome dual camera, triple camera, periscope camera (which still unbeatable), RYYB sensor (low light still unbeatable), first camera using TOF as autofocus, etc.
Videos are never their forte, same as Leica actual camera. Theres nothing wrong with their 1080p, just 4k are better on the Samsung & Iphone side. However, things are improve recently, newer Honor 20 Pro 4k are well stabilized than P30 Pro, Mate 30 Pro will introducing 'cine lens' feature (S-log & HLG hopefully), turns out to be massive upgrades for Huawei video recording. And for next P40, Huawei already patent the liquid camera tech - https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/01/22/huawei-may-launch-a-triple-camera-phone-with-liquid-lens-technology-this-year/ which is it Autofocus will be unbeatable.
About DxO Mark, look at the ranking again. Eventhough S10 5g got the same total score overall, P30 Pro still above it, because Photo Score are higher. S10 5g only better in videos. And because DxO are all about photography, they put P30 Pro at the top. When it comes to smartphone camera, i took pics daily, videos maybe once in a month. So base in my needs, photography is more important. To each its own.

Yea note 10 is better then zenfone6.
How can you even compere 4k60fps with 4k30fps. Overall 4k video on zenfone should be top1 in any smartphone rear camera.

Everytime new flagship arises the phone beats the DOXmark score.
When Mate 30 will be released it outbeats Samsung phone like nothing.
When Nokia 9 Pureview with SD855+ and improved camers will release it will outbeat Mate 30 pro series and so on.
This score is laughable.

So what amazing thing did they do that push it past the S10 that it received same score for back camera and lost to the selfie camera?
