FYI the first Galaxy phone with vertically aligned triple cameras on the upper left corner of the back panel was Galaxy A7 released back in last year's September, so Samsung only has had it for 11 months, not years as you claim. And he is talking about the design of the phone, not the video recording performance, so..

Better processor and camera aswell... also the screen on the plus model. But regular one is yeah, bit meh, but if you like small form factor - there you go

            1. S-Pen ofcourse with multiple gestures and imagine that applicable to many 3rd part apps using the SDK.
            2. Higher screen estate
            3. Better punch hole camera. With S10+ lot of screen is wasted with dual camera
            4. Live Focus Video
            5. 25W & 45W Charging capability
            6. PC Game Stream
            7. 256 GB option. S10+ has 128 GB (too low), then 512 GB (pricey)

"The notable absentee from the retail box is a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter, which Samsung will offer separately."

Typical "forced" Planned Obsolescence from (Cr**)sung for our existing headphones with 3.5mm jack as STANDARD. Pulling a (Cr)Apple "strategy" to push sales for wireless / Bluetooth headphones which have the typical high latency. Bet the adapter will cost the same as (Cr)Apple to discourage users from using the existing 3.5mm jack headphones !!

It's a great phone. Already tried it at samsung experience store. I only need review for the battery life. I'll take this phone next year, when the price drops, and will care and keep it for the next 5 years hopefully.

For people having a S8, S9, note8, the note 10+ is a very good upgrade, specially for note users, people who really like the Spen would hardly go backwards to S series

The lens of the Pixel 3 doesn't seem to be sharp at the edges.

Certainly if you have S10 already I see no reasons to spend over $1000 again to get that Note 10 unless you can't live without S-pen. Also as I can see Note 10 doesn't make better pictures than "oldie" and much cheaper now Pixel 3. So I won't be bothered either :).

Just looked at the first sample images at pixel level and I am surprised how bad they are. The main camera suffers from watercolor painting despite good light conditions and the ultra wide angle camera is still very soft (this was already the case with the S10, gsmarena showed that a new Sony phone produces much sharper ultra wide angle photos)

"Samsung's flagship shows a wider dynamic range and more pleasing colors."
I don't agree, the sky of the Note 10 looks oversaturated. The sample images of phonearena's review also look oversaturated (not just the sky, but also greenery). And regarding the dynamic range the S10 already had a higher dynamic range sometimes, but the dynamic range was unrealistically high (not how the eye would see it) in certain conditions, so it looked unnatural

Personally I think the Note 10+ is so similar to the S10+ that you might as well go with the S10+ as it's way cheaper nowadays. The regular Note 10 shouldn't even be discussed. It's supposed to be a step up above the S10 in comparison and yet it's lacking in almost every way, so much so that you might as well get an S10. At least you're getting expandable storage, a headphone jack and a QHD screen for less money with that one. The Note 10 lineup is quite disappointing
