Hilariously funny List of devices, thank you for that! I wanted to buy all of them.
I think, each of them does the job better as (strictly) secondary devices, not at least because of their reasonable price tags.
However, as a primary device the Palm is more sophisticated.
I bought mine new on eBay. The Verizon version is quite cheap there.
Nevertheless, sadly with this Verizon firmware on it, it is just in line with this China phones from above. Not useable as a main device.
Maybe things get better with this new release as an “open” device..

There's an untapped market for small flagship phones. This phone ain't it but it proves it can be done in 2019. A mini iPhone or Pixel or Samsung S would sell like hotcakes.

I prefer the latter dude. Besides, I doubt this phone's durability.

Pretty much all are up to 150 Euro and pretty much all have larger battery and some even have AMOLED screen. And some even have 3GB ram or 2 sim slots plus TF card slot

it seems Verizon decided to release it as stand alone phone so it had network radio but couldn't make call himself!(it supposed to be accessory for android phones as Verizon charges 10$ per month for it)

Well at lest it is good for me but the price is yet unacceptable!
So not going to buy it!

Even if you want a backup phone, and that's totally fine, why would you want to shell out 350 on THIS when you can even get yesteryear's flagships from brands like Samsung, Sony, and LG for about as much? TCL is crazy.

If only companies like Huawei, Xiaomi and Oppo bite on this bait and start making really competitive mini phones it would be amazing. This thing with that price and battery looks like a toy for rich people and youtubers. Yes the screen is small but this is not the highest battery drainer. It is the radio network and the OS services. For this device the price is GDH!

If this thing had flagship specs, I would actually be more interested in it than 99.99% of phones on the market today.
