Sun Sand, 19 Aug 2019"micro USB',,,,crazy. its 2019, isint it supposed to have USB C.no its not SUPPOSED TO HAVE TYPE C,but it could have it,but usb is just as good,if u cant stand 60second slower than type c( cable transfer speeds) then tough luck.

I agree with the other comments because this one appears to have the SD 439 while the Redmi 7 has SD 632 prossesor so its a setback over the current model , its seems a lighter version of the Redmi 8 series i guess .

This is not the redmi 8, other websites are saying it as Redmi 8a, there is some confusion coz Redmi has really confusing naming there is Redmi (x), Redmi (x)a, Redmi note (x), redmi note (x) pro and in some generations there were also redmi (x) pro and Redmi note (x)a

It should be redmi 8A not redmi 8.
