What is the significance of the 'cloud' reference in the name?
It can't seriously be a phone with all data stored in the cloud (as opposed to synchronised with a cloud).

If any of you actually read it then you would note it says that the handset taken to the press release did not have capacative buttons and that the capacative buttons were only on a prototype.

Nice conventional design with reasonable specs. However, the on screen control should be disable to maximise screen estate since it already had 4 shortcut capacitive button below.

Why, for God's sake, does that phone have virtual software buttons like the Nexus, when it has 4 physical capacitive keys?

"CouldMobile" (as in the title of this post) would indeed be a funny name for a leak. But since it was announced officially, I suppose now you can call it "CloudMobile".
