Metals are vulnerable to dent. But yes, overall, metals like aluminum or magnesium or their alloys can last longer than plastics. Some plastics tend to become fragile or are prone to crack over the time.

In realme 5 (and even in my realme 3), 10W charger is there; for 5 Pro, 20W VOOC is bundled. At this price, the display is not bad at all. 720p is actually more than good enough for a 6" display as long as the display HW is good, the major advantage being better battery life (I used QHD display of LG G4, and the battery life sucked). USB-C could be better, but all of my accessories have micro-USB ports (including powerbank and OTG pen drive); so, I'm fine with it as I dislike using adapter with a phone.

Anonymous, 20 Aug 2019Their notification System sucks tho.Yes, but like I said realme is trying to create the value, and there WILL be a few compromises in creating values. I did not like that I could not completely turn off SMS and some other notifications on the lock screen, which would be a privacy concern. But they offered 3 updates for realme 3 since I had bought my phone this month, which tells me that they are serious about their products.

I think realme is getting it right. I bought C2 for INR 6000 for my kid, and have now got 3 for 10000 for myself. Excellent values. My kid just needs YT and some light games, and I need browsing, emails, LinkedIn and some other productivity apps. Displays are pretty decent, battery lives are excellent (and, 3 came with fast charging), FP sensor in realme 3 works well, almost vanilla Android Pie, microSD/headphone ports, back cover and screen protecting tempered glass included in the box of realme 3 that came with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. Can't complain.

Xiaomi missed a really great opportunity with the MI A3. Realme used that opportunity and what a fantastic phone. The only bummer in last gen was the micro usb. The new 5 Pro is all that you would want in a phone

REALME is Just literally fooling consumers by distracting them with these stupid 4 camera setup. They are giving a processor that comes with CORTEX A75 which is so Outdated and Unworthy compared to Processors with CORTEX A76 (Snapdragon 675) which are actually 40% more performer and 90% power efficient than Snapdragon 710 and 712.
