Trust you me Huawei will not do a Nokia.. In fact it will do much better coz only in China there sales have escalated and we know the Chinese make is much greater.. And as they look to partner and fund mobile app developers then google and US must rethink their strategy coz Huawei is only going to get stronger

Oneplus for example doesn't use Oxygen OS. They use Hydrogen OS in China, which is basically a version without Google services and with the Chinese apps instead. I don't know if a lot of people hate Google but the vast majority of consumers don't need it as the Chinese equilavent suits their needs much better. I think due to National Pride though, a substantial number of people would probably support a homegrown OS, if it was released on phones

Huawei CEO said the Google/android is their Teacher. Harmony OS maybe need more development to provide a good experience.
