Voidint warranty is always bad idea if you root your device and gets damaged you cant even fix it for free. And this one cost 400 bucks brand new.
I really dont zunderstand you guys who wants a open bootloader like a cracket nutshell.

With root access I can do much more to ensure ads free, less tracking, and no blocking and bloatware in my devices

Need a Turbo version of the 10.8" model. That has a 3.5mm jack, unlike the useless 8" version.

They themselves can't figure out their own OSes positioning (yet). Linux on ARM imho is the better way moving forward because of the rapid development going on at refocusing "desktop class" apps to a more native implementation and web apps. Doing it the other way round which is bringing mobile scaled apps to bigger screens and to force would be users to deal with that in a productive setting is not ideal.
Both Huawei and Samsung frankly are big enough to disrupt/break this pattern but only if they're not "lazy" (relying on Google + AOSP project for the baseline code + ecosystem infrastructure) and really work with what they already have. Samsung for example can still push on further with Tizen once they get their sh.it together and/or with Huawei, should sit down and talk about backing projects like postmarketOS e.g or maybe literally pick any other major Linux upstreams that already has an ARM ver/teams dedicated.
A tablet can't stay as just an enlarged smartphone for too long. Apple too rebooted to iPadOS because they know that long term even as iPads are in its own league, to stay relevant they need to show the world that an iPad is its own thing not just a more powerful, longer batt life and a larger iPhone.

Finally, fast affordable tablet!!! 4GB was a bit small for heavy usage. Unfortunately still won't buy because locked bootloader. It's very good for common people tho

Haha I like it. Do the usual bland tablet design boring for you? Well this is it. Flashy color with unique back and flagship processor for $377 is cheap.
