Unpopular opinion: When I first play Mobile Legends on 120hz, I notice that the phone is getting hot but when I selected 90hz, it didn't get hot. I appreciated the 120hz option but I'd stick to 90hz as long as I want.

I already got used to the super smoothness due to extra hertz since I have a 144hz monitor.

I dont lose any feature with mi 9 as i have with an S10, wireless charging is there, SD855 is there, great cameras and so on...only thing to complain and, is growing on me is the MIUI interface, other than that i dont change my Mi9 for any Galaxy S10 or Note 10, even for a not annouced S11 or a ijunk 11/12 whatever. i just love the phone overall...

Thats why i keep saying Xiaomi are doing good stuff cause they charge the price with no "capitalism" tax.

NipponFan, 04 Sep 2019No complains about bezels etc? They make it more grippy when you're not using accessories.

I think bezel-less phones are overrated. A small bezel on each side allows for silicone covers to have a small ledge covering the front which keeps it away from the surface when the phone is lying face down.

If it weren't asus the price would still be steap, but still pretty okay for the offered specs. Too bad Asus isn't well known for customer pleasing when it comes to support (as in updates). Flagships should definetely get newest updates for 2 years. No one asks for more. I personally still cant understand the gamer-looks, as being a gamer myself for more than 20 years now: I hate "gaming-design"...but that's just me.

However, by then, certain circuits were cheaper. For example, RAM modules now cost more.
Also, low end devices are quite better than they were back then. Mainstream ones have 2-4 gigs of RAM, midrange offers 4-8 and high end is 8+. There are also differences in other parts but that would take a lot to explain, but let's say that RAM and storage modules are not the same even if they have same capacity. Some are better and thus, more expensive.
The concept has changed ad well, back then, a flagship was the greatest phone of its year. Now it's more like: get next year's tech this year. And that makes it more expensive. That's one of the reasons midrangers cost as much as flagships of your favorite era but perform quite closely to flagships of last year or two, and sometimes even pack the same SoC, but that, again, takes a lot to explain.
