Anonymous, 04 Sep 2019Go for an Kirin 810 device instead. . 710 is getting old fastNah nah. I'm not interested in buying this phone. Just wondered what the difference was.

The 710 is ok though for this price. Better than the Snapdragon 660 and Mediatek Helio P60 which still gets used in a lot of midrange/budget phones

What? When did Honor Play 2 launched? Skip to 3? Older Honor Play has way better specs, using flagship Kirin. The naming scheme is for sure confusing, then downgrade to an entry level. Considered the price given, it is no problem for the specs, but still...

The earlier announced Honor 20S should be called Honor Play 2. Not this one that came out of nowhere.

Those specs are really good for the price. Micro USB isn't even worth complaining about in this price range. Good job Honor!

Anyone know what the difference between the Kirin 710 and 710F is? Is it a higher clock thing like the Snapdragon 730 and 730G?

Akashraj, 04 Sep 2019Oh s**t, here comes the OIS obsessed guy.Yeah. Gyro EIS would be fine at this price. OIS isn't even in many 500 dollar phones

Their naming is all over the place. How is this the Honor Play 3 when there wasn't a 2 and when the original Honor Play had a flagship SOC and was in the midrange section?
