4 GB RAM is not enough to run apps smoothly on android.All google apps are ram hungry and google services and OS also takes large chunk of RAM.
Few years back google apps were in 20-50 MB after installing and can run smoothly on 3 GB RAMs but now google apps are bloated and size ranges from 100-500 MB just look at size of google message,chrome,YouTube,google and are very heavy on RAM lol Apple flagships run on 3 GB RAM smoothly why can't android?

Do you think it is not enough? 4gb will allow you to open ~10 apps in the same time, or you are using 20 apps?

Unacceptable. No flagship in 2019 should have less than 6gb of RAM.
Google was shy to introduce Ultrawide and zoom cameras in the pixel phones when budget phones had them.
Now they cheapen it more with 4gb RAM.

Pixel 3 instead of XL, and Xperia 5 instead of 1, i know screen size is matter, but i'm in the opposite side because i like bigger screens... so i love xperia 1 and Pixel 3 XL looks nice too! i think the new Pixel 4 XL will look even better but the square camera design will resemble to iphone 11

only samsung needs so many rams like 8 to 12 to run so smoothly and even with that amount of ram eventually it will starts to stutter and hiccuping after a long time of usage...
(many samsung users has reported that, and i watched a video of someone complaining about his s10 that is getting a bit slow!) but i know that! even with that new One UI samsung is samsung!

For a multi billion dollar company they really cheap out on the important things. Every pixel was incredibly expensive, availability is crap and the price doesn't drop as fast over time.
