This is soo weird? Today I just saw a short program about rumour of Nokia N96...
apparently, it's 6mpx camera, and has a qwerty keyboard (similar to the Nokia 6822 - http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_6822-996.php)which means, the qwerty keyboard is divided to both sides of the screen.. there are soft key on both side of the screen (top & bottom)
Its totally different from this one...

i think Nokia pick up on comments on blogs and sites and read what mobile users says about the phone - this isn't a final design, it is bound to have some changes implemented
but the little things like the kick stand and speaker positioning suggest it is genuine and perhaps set to release next year.
and a site like gsmarena wouldn't post this unless there was a strong chance of it being real.
these phones need in built memory and a slot for transferring via a memory card. an increase the ram is needed because navigation can be slow if you have lots of videos, images and music.

Why do nokia want have such variety when it comes to 5 mega pixel phones.isn't n95 and n82 enough.why not make a s40 5mega pixel phone.why are they keeping s40 users a step behind

exactly same design as the N81 just with a bigger screen.I personally think N82 has a better design than N81 and N95 and this one.Anyways im eagerly waiting for the P5i.That has a sexy design and better specs than N95 N81 and all these.

I love the design of this phone, though Nokia should have used Xenon Flash instead of double LED. Besides a camera lens cover would have been good too. The kick stand for video watching is a nice touch though. Nokia you better put some nice features on this next stage of Symbian OS and batery life should do a great job too cause of the double flash and the large screen. I know guys at Nokia will figure that out. Thanks GsmArena for the news.

of course xenon is better. well, i really don't like nokia. this device is kinda copy of motorola and apple. its "almost" slim design and the screen. didn't like it. and, as said, nothing new can be found.

Xenon is better, but unfortunately more power-hunger.
LED makes te battery last longer, but has less range.

Oooh, yes this phone will be nice, but not the 5MP Carl Zeiss camera, because there are a lot of Nokiaphones with 5MP cameras.
And there is a video for the phone: http://youtube.com/watch?v=TBnseLtCuHY

As of now, it can be surmised that there is nothing INTERESTING or NEW in this model save for the stand which can be propped from the phone's rear.
If this new model will sport the same look as the N82, it's success in the market is highly unlikely and this is nothing but a reiteration of Motorola's strategy.
It would seem that the Nokia Symbian 60 has reached the pinnacle of features and functionalities with the N95, N82, and N81.
