US still extend the period for 3 months. I think Huawei also want to show it muscles which they have their own OS and progress on development, what I mean is Huawei also dare to show US, they are fine even without Google.

In fact they will stick using Google and find a workaround to solve it. Harmony OS are their Plan B in case theres no other option anymore.
And what with these 'own appgallery' thing? Its not a major problem at all as they put their own system apps in there. Pretty much like Sony Xperia 'Whats New'.

Ohh yes my Mate 20X will get EMUI 10 later this month.
To be honest i really dont care for Android 10.

And about Mate 30, eventhough its not bundle... moreI start worry something happens, if it has flaws operate Google app store on Mate 30 but flawless on Huawei app store I mean the compatible to optimize for Huawei instead of Google to make user ditch Google switch to Huawei onwards. It's all about marketing but with strategy, we should rethink "why Huawei start to ditch Google app" but give another way to download.
Ps, some App are not totally compatible with different phones, some could have bugs. Even with updates it could have bug between different models or brands.

And about Mate 30, eventhough its not bundled with Google Apps, its not blocked/ban everywhere else except on their own country. Android is open source & Google Apps will be easily sideload.

Great. My Mate 20 live for another year. Bought since december last year, very satisfying regarding updates, with security patch updates on every month. Money well spent.

Still too little too late. A LOT of huawei devices are left without support after less than a year. plus without unlockable bootloaders no chance whatsoever of installing LineageOS..
Don't buy huawei and always prefer android one devices!

After march 2020 for the Huawei p20 pro??!!! Are you all out of your minds? Why should we wait so long to get the Android 10 version??? This is simply ridiculous!!! I am a huge fan of Huawei phones since 2015, but this is getting absurd already, and i am getting extremely tired of all that waiting! Another 6 months or more??!!?!?!?!? This is Absurd!!! My next phone sadly would not be an Huawei one if nothing change!
