Why use a glass back if OnePlus doesn't want to offer wireless charging

How are OnePlus selling nowadays now that they occupy a higher price point?

Anonymous, 14 Sep 2019too bad now one plus is as costly even it doesnt have 2k screenBut the Galaxy S10e and Note 10 are also not 2K and cost more than OnePlus 7 series, so what's your point?

            So far so good.
And FHD+ on a 6 inch screen is more than good enough.
2k or 4k screen display would be useless and costly on a 6 inch screen.

Wait a minute, I was talking about general usage like scrolling menus and stuff. Not playing games at 90 Hz. From the reviews of the phones with high refresh screen, they were all talking about how smooth it was even if it's just general usage due to the high refresh rate.

I though rendering homescreen or menus at 90 Hz wouldn't need that much of processing power, would they?

It's better to get the regular 7 pro for a cheaper price now. you'll be paying 100 extra more for 4% cpu performance

Did they seriously add 85 mAh to the 7T Pro battery?

I mean that's way too much. It'll probably add like 10 hours of endurance rating... /s

Seriously? Only FHD+ for the 7T? Might as well just go for the 7 Pro if that's the case... though I would much prefer the dewdrop notch and 2k 90hz screen for long-term

Jasonx, 14 Sep 2019So the 7t gets better telephoto than 7t pro?Only the resolution and aperture are better, the OP7T is 2x zoom, the Pro is still 3x zoom.

THE-TRUTH-REVEALER, 14 Sep 2019Wow if these pecs are true, then 7T is a huge upgrade over ... moreBut will the 3800 mAh battery of the OP7T be enough for the 90 Hz and bigger display.
They added only 100 mAh compared to OP7.

Jasonx, 14 Sep 2019So the 7t gets better telephoto than 7t pro? It's not really though. The one on the non-pro is 12MP 2x zoom (the common one thats put on every other phone). The one on the pro is 8MP 3x zoom (likely the one used on P20 Pro of last year). When it comes to zoom, distance is more important than resolution.

Wow if these pecs are true, then 7T is a huge upgrade over the vanilla 7. Perhaps the biggest one yet between vanilla and a T model.
Makes the 7T pro seem kinda irrelevant if you are not chasing the full-screen display and QHD resolution.

I mean, no point of having 90Hz refresh rate if the chipset keeps dropping frames in between.

The spec sound promising. Only thing which is curious. I think the telephoto on 7t Pro should be better than 7t & with ois.

No reason (apart from battery) to go for the pro then. I'm okay with that.

Looks good but with the next gen chipsets waiting in the corner plus 5G chipset starting out next year I think I'm gonna wait a bit. My main target would be 90 Hz screen and 5G capabilities (even if it just a midrange chip).
