To say that would be to give too much credit to Google. Remember this phone is going to be announced soon, with pre-orders starting. That means tens of thousands (or more) of direct orders and hundreds of thousands (or more) of stock for vendors. So there is quite a few units already made, flashed with pre-production firmware, with their boxes/accessories ready.
It's very easy for one of these to slip from the factory, and end up in the hands of journalists. On top of that, some OEMs send test devices out to reviewers ahead of launch sometimes by a couple days, other times two weeks. Even GSMArena is involved, and they pretend to not have the device, release some articles of leaks, then publish their full review a day after announcement (NDA). The truth is the NDA is a legal binding contract, and some OEMs slip up by forgetting to get reviewers to sign for it before shipping the test unit.
I suspect what happened here was a mistake by Google-Vietnam, since they aren't used to these practises. They've sent over a test unit and forgot the NDA. I would bet money on that's what happened.

Really ugly for my taste, that hump and forehead... no. Maybe with a good case hiding all... But at that price is a featureless phone. Waiting for the Mate 30 for now.

Those supporting Note 10+ images .. come on it's coming from a launched phone ... Pixel 4xl still hasn't launched .. so obviously it wud be pre-production software running ... Just wait till the pixel launches and then compare ...

Microsoft did like this in China and India by letting them to install unlicensed os.otherwise no one will know about windows

These Viets might be biased since many Samsung phones are made in Vietnam. My T-Mobile S7 edge was made in Vietnam. Now if the Pixel 4 really is inferior, then skip it. I was already content with my Pixel 3 before updating it to Android 10.

The one used on S10, for example, is one of the most color accurate display in the entire mobile phone industry.

Shriker, 14 Sep 2019The camera on the S10/Note 10 is shite but for some reason ... moreI found it weird as well, because reviewers only show the photos at a very small size, viewers always trick themselves into thinking that photos from S10 are superior to those from competitors, when it actually looks absolutely horrible even at medium magnification. Maybe Samsung doesn't stop smudging every single texture with strong noise reduction and sharpening because they know reviewers don't care about the detail rendition and solely talk about exposure and colors.
