Yeah!!! That teaches you copy cat a lesson, not to copy Apple. Apple should also sue Samsung from existence, because all Samsung can do is copy... They can't innovate anything besides their lame over-saturated colours. Btw I'm not a fanboy... I've owned the galaxy s2 and sold it in 2 months because it sucked so bad. lags,bugs/glitches, burn in from low life span screen(LCD last like 10 times longer), cheap plastic, screen way too damn bright... I can't even use in bed or I'll be blind.. No hate guys just being honest, sorry to bring Samsung into this LOL.

I had 40 apps and that is what caused all of the problems. When i uninstalled them, most of the problems went away. But i have to admit, the droic razr is really good. Even though the first phone my friend got was broken

The right for creativity is really something to be protected. But to file injunctions after injunctions just to get rid of your competitors is simply way too dishonorable. It's quite obvious that this measure has been habitualy used to gain false supremacy in the market. More and more, Apple's insecurity towards the innovations done by other companies is becoming apparent. Technology is like the gift of fire. It's illumination and warmth has to be shared by many, and not hoarded by one.

It's like Apple uses every1 else patents and says 'hey u cant sue us, we need this to make our phone work'and the courts let them??. But when a company does the same to Apple the laywers come filing out of Apple's HQ like its Christmas and the Turkeys ripe. If thats the fact how's about the dude who invented the 1st Mobile phone just sue everyone and stop all company's from manufactoring the mobile phone, or the geezer who invented the Net?? pathetic.

i do find it quite funny i read on a news website that since google bought motorola they want to stop the patent wars and stop suing each other over silly things but continue with these law suits. only complain about the ones they cant win

The slide to unlock function was actually invented by a small company called Neonode. Not ******* Apple. They just managed to patent it first. Apple will fall hard one day in the future. Just like I laughed when Stevie croaked. How long before Apple faces a anti trust hearing. Happened to Microsoft when they got to big and bullied smaller companies. The wheel turns Apple!!

i dont have feeling for corporation, i dont love or hate thhis or that corporation.... i just think that software patents are holding up evolution slowing it down so that some corporation can make money...

I think it's cool that way. I don't know if it's being greedy but Apple has the right to defend their creation. If All phones have the same styles or ui then there is no sense buying a new one. Creativity people don't hate Apple. I own a BB but i also have an iPad.
Bottomline, every brand has to come up with a new innovation. Healthy competition not copy-ing!
