Do you know how many news post does GSMARENA have per day? how many reviews and etc???? and each of them get how many comments?
if they want to listen to what each user asks them, do you know how long would it take?
you want that game to be played, i want POBG to be played for 1 hour, other wants them to take a picture in certain condition, another one wants them to record a video on low light inside a bakery!!!!
some one may ask them to test using BLAH case, other for BLAH BLAH accessory!!!!!!!!
i bought a htc one m7. i read all the reviews and etc back then before buying it and every one said its a good phone (and it was). but after a wile camera started to go pink! no review pointed that out and no one told me about it on any site. now i have to be mad at sites for that? of course not, no one can cover all parts and aspects of a phone but a daily user after a few month.
also gsmarena is not your slave to do as you command. have you paid a cent for what you read here and for what they do for us? so shut up and get the most info you can get from each tech site and try to reach a reasonable conclusion and make a decision based on that and be happy about it.
maybe asus payed gsmarena, maybe not
in any case i'm quite happy with the hands on review, full review and video review.
keep up the good work GSMARENA.

S... moresee, it is illegal for game servers to discriminate nor prioritize connection from devices of certain oems. the only way the game server can tell the brand of a device is if it requires for devices to provide its imei, which is not the case- connection is identified only by ipv4 or ipv6 addresses. i am not sure if it is applicable to game servers as well, but there have been instances wherein some smart tv brands were having issue or slow connecting to the internet, and it turns out this was because it's os was routing internet traffic to their proprietary vpn. if this is the case- that you are not experiencing this with other brands (you must be bloody wealthy to have been able to have these other devices tested on your own), there is a possibility that asus is routing internet traffic as well through a vpn; but this can be ruled out as per rog or asus they do not use remote servers. it could also be based on the account you are logged in to, so did you make sure you were using one and the same account on those other devices you have tested? i have checked rog forums and have not found anybody having the same issue as you have here. i don't own myself an rog phone, but my brother does and i was the one who set it up for him. we both play mobile legends and him hosts of other morpg as well but don't experience this spikes any more than my razer phone 2.

So that means it is the asus unit that has the problem.

You don'... morefor a gamer you seem ignorant of port latency tests- it has more to do with your network and the game servers not the device. it would be irrelevant to test that as people would use different mobile networks or isps. although i am not big on gaming, i worked as tech support for the second biggest internet provider in the united states, and i have spoken to alot of gamer who very well knows online game latency has nothing to with the device. to help you with this, the only way to resolve your issue is to speak with the game developer to obtain the best port forwarding settings for your network.

Has some other features, yes. But was build for the gaming experience. But when it fails on the main purpose, they need to be informed about it. And the users need to be warned. Gsma get the phones for free, freaking free! To make a review. While us users has to spend a sh1t load of money, to find out the major bug.

You are basing your wild claims on complete assumptions with no information to back it up, just your opinion. Crying about how a reviewer didn't cover the exact example you wanted and then making wild accusations with zero proof to back it up just makes you sound extremely immature and whiny. You still haven't provided any way to verify what you claim so your arguments are completely invalid. Every review is going to lack information, as no one can account for 100% of features or issues in a full review, let alone GSMArena's 12-minute video review. Also, they don't take suggestions for review features! Just because you randomly suggest a wildly specific thing to be reviewed on an obscure comment thread, doesn't mean they will look at it or take it into consideration, as they don't note anywhere on their website that they are obligated to include any suggestions in their review process. You need to go back to school and learn better comprehension skills, since you are the one looking highly uneducated right now.

[deleted post]Do you have any verifiable truth that this review is fixed or do you just want to shout completely fabricated claims about the video review? They covered so many of the features and are giving this phone more press than any other major tech site right now. Until you have some sort of proof that they are only showing "what asus tells them", please stop whining about the same thing and just enjoy their great review. If you don't like what they covered, you can always look elsewhere.
