Since every series or variation of phones are different, the code and the software structure are also different, so that means if a company has too many phone line ups, then I doubt they'll give you quick updates or even any updates apart from security patches

HxH, 23 Sep 2019Why would someone need 8 gb ram on a phone is beyond me. ... morehaha unknown..? very very popular here in Asia outside of China, the first to provide 2 years warranty which now many other Chinese and non Chinese brands followed suit and its a sister brand of Vivo, RealMe and OnePlus, all under a one owner umbrella...
OnePlus may not be alien for you but ALL their phones are rebranded Oppo or Vivo shells with tweaked internals... meaning..? an Oppo or Vivo has been released in that form before OnePlus releases a model with same design, such as pop-up camera, hell we had those since last year and rotating camera since like what 2014...

no surprise its number 3 in the top smartphone brands in the world, the brand has been around for years, and no complain about its fast charging affecting battery as many are still using a model from past the warranty period till today... just sad you people rotate around Apple and Samsung...

Why would someone need 8 gb ram on a phone is beyond me.

Anyways, Oppo is pretty much a somewhat unknown brand, so I dont know how well their devices work in the long run.

When will companies learn to launch 4/6 phones a year instead of 14/20 with proper services, timely upgrades and updates. Fed up with tech rather then getting excited now a days. 32/48/64/108 mg pxls and when unbox the phone the video shoot lags, phone heats, everything depends on next updates. Is it a joke.
