The Huawei achieves the top scores for both attributes individually, which is unusual, given that a noise-free image typically mean a loss of detail and vice-versa. The Mate 30 Pro camera is capable of balancing the two attributes perfectly, however, recording good texture and detail in almost all conditions while keeping noise levels very low.'
Mate 30 has new RAW noise reduction in the Kirin 990 ISP. I think that makes it work out.
As expected, Samsung only hold on to the throne only for a month.

Night mode and super wide angle sure did help gain some points, still the biggest change is processing so output should be better than p30pro overall and that one did great.
In comparison to others stabilization, colors and noise should be the most visible - meaning better.
Nothing is perfect, important is its better than before if you put zoom range aside.

Why do people think DxOMark is intentionally holding back the test results from iPhone 11 Pro? As far as I know, Apple never used DxOMark score to advertise iPhone's camera capability so it makes no sense for them to ask DxO to release the results after Mate 30 Pro so that it will steal people's attentions away from it. And not to mention that Mate 30 Pro does have an extremely competent camera setup with unprecedented SNR among all mobile phone cameras they have tested so far, hence it would be really hard for iPhone 11 Pro to even get close to its score let alone beating it. My bet is that iPhone 11 Pro will have a high score, but not as high as what Mate 30 Pro managed to get.

having ultrawide a little narrow is better than going too wide and becoming a fisheye. fidget spinner 11 /pro claims seemless, but because they went for a stupid fisheye. fisheye is so useless, unless you like gopros.

Wow, I'm impressed, didn't read the DxO review because I just trust my eyes, but sample are far better than the P30pro, they finally get rid of the strong noise cancelling-detail washing?
So yeah, in fact this phone would be really top without the (for me) shitty curved screen.
