The same story with Apple Pay, it's not even reached here at all. That is why Samsung Pay remains the most popular option here.
P.S There is a Malaysian e-commerce company trying to integrate Google Pay, but that's for... well, e-commerce, as in online shopping.

Company that doesn't even card about security making payment system? Seriously? 1+ engineers sent sensitive private data to Chinese servers unencrypted, they installed spyware, they lost a lot of users money due to security breache. And now - payment system. Looks like bad joke

YUKI93, 26 Sep 2019I can see them fighting Google Pay, but Samsung Pay? That w... moreLG Pay seems to employ an equivalent to Samsung's leading MST but LG Pay is still widely unsupported (countries and banks, limited to Korea and a small subset of US banks).
G Pay is the most supported globally, with S Pay the most widely usable but with smaller bank support. Apple Pay is also widely supported. I don't see what OnePlus is trying to achieve here...
But then you look at the overpriced OnePlus TV that's more expensive than Samsung's QLED TVs without being better (especially with that junk MT SoC. Better get a QLED and an NVIDIA Shield)

Why would they bother? If they didn't make Google Pay available which would cover the majority of people why do it for a not so popular brand?
I think this is useless.

I can see them fighting Google Pay, but Samsung Pay? That would take a leap of advances, no one apart from Samsung put the ability of MST payment on the phone. Up to this day no matter how many e-wallet apps pop out nearly everyday, Samsung Pay is still the Master.
