Don't care about whatever other people say here.
In 2019, I don't buy premium flagship phones that don't have 4K HDR screens.
And yes, I'll take that 500mAh battery if it would have a 120h endurance rating over that 5000mAh battery that's good for like 30h endurance rating :))

It will come with 1 mAH battery but Sony's optimisation will last the phone for at least 1.5 day.......

Mega solid build quality, superfast performance, regular updates and maintenance, and superb camera. I understand why XZ2 was not popular, it's because Sony has finally admitted they need to to the phone design like rest of the market so it looks generic on pictures. In person you can tell right away thatr phone doesn't look like other curved back phones because back surface is automotive like quality. XZ3 has introduced curved OLED which was also follow the crowd moment but once again the design of the whole device is astonishing. And then there is XZ2 Compact the last and the only flagship compact on the market right now,

They should be leading the mobile industry. They've been making panels for their tvs sensor for the world of phones and they are not even close to oppo vivo in selling their products. Such a shame. As I already know, there's some attention-grabbing here when it mentioned Sony here on the title and some over-pessimistic people are complaining non-stop, it's like Sony doing something wrong to them. If you don't like Sony on your preference list, can you step aside from here and find another OEM, news or phone that fits your requirement? Sure, Sony isn't perfect, even scandals occurred ever happened at Sony, and sometimes I don't agree with Sony's decisions. But dealing with these people to bash Sony every time is tiring enough... From its boxy design to the bezels, all over again. Sony fans just want peace. That's the only desire...
And just one note, Sony keeping their Mobile division alive, to prove, they're still making phones and still able, and some new technologies from their other from its EPS division to its Mobile one, even if it's only targeted at niche market like Xperia 1 or 5.
