            That pricing would be ok if it had the specs to back it up.

            Paying top dollar for 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, dual cameras (with ordinary sensors) and no unique features is just stupidity.

            Their appeal used to be their excellent camera performance, which is no longer exclusive to them. Google needs a wake up call.

              64GB is perfectly fine if it had micro sd card slot. But no, Google wants you to waste money and data on the cloud so that explains the $1000+ price tag. Good luck Google, you are doing the same mistakes over and over again but expecting different results everytime.

                Are they out of their minds??? What are these crazy prices, seriously?

                  I understand the price hike but it's not the right time to do that when Apple decide to reduce the price of their latest iPhone (at least for the 11). Everyone will compare what they did and what Google will do.

                      I really is time that base storage was a minimum of 128Gb, due to large amount of music, photos and media that people now have and use.

                      If manufacturers insist on producing small memory products like this then they should provide a micro SD card slot in lieu.
