I think this time OnePlus will update the Screen ReFresh rate to 120Hz ( Like ASUS ROG 2 )
And with HDR 10 or Dolby Vision Support / Snapdragon 855+ / 12 or more gb of ram / 512gb of storage
In OnePlus Mobile's McLaren is number one champ and the fully loaded phone so we can expect lot more to this mobile.

Unless they plan to launch the Oneplus 7T Pro for the same price as Oneplus 7Pro by announcing a price-cut for it, the device doesn't make much sense as an upgrade. Except those who skipped the 7 series or even 6t altogether.
