Anonymous, 08 Oct 2019I think Smsng should hire you.They don't need to. I am sure billion dollar companies like Samsung have brilliant engineers that are aware of crap like these.
But they also have men in suits who only care to get their next mansion, yatch, grand vacation, golden parachutes etc so here we are.

Count yourself lucky if it's only a name logo peeling. I never buy insurance for my phone's but with the reputation this phone is getting I wouldn't take any risk on this one.

It's a normal case for SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG Galaxy phone which sells for 200 Dollars also has the same problem.
That's called SAMSUNG quality.

They should just shut down the Galaxy fold like they did with the Note (after batterygate).
Try their hand next year and follow the Huawei approach.
