The reason why they removed 3.5mm so that every 2-3yrs you gonna buy their disposable wireless headsets whose batteries arent replaceable= $$$$$$$ + more eco waste.

Buy a qualifying Samsung Galaxy S10, Note10 or A90 5G smartphone from a participating retailer between 10.10.2019 - 23.10.2019.
As you can see from the above the offer starts from 10.10.'19, but seeing as you are so close to this window, then maybe your retailer & Samsung will honour this, get in touch & find out, if not then you are well inside your return/ refund period (I had 1 month to return my Note9 from Samsung).

I'm starting to think has the S series sales declined in UK. Samsung has ran quite a few promotions in the 7 months of the S10 series being released. There was the free Active watch, the Samsung buds, the AKG wireless headphones and one more I think which I can't remember
