They explains it, K20 score higher than Pixel 3 due to Wide, Telephoto & Night Mode features. Unfortunately thats how DxO works, their protocol.
If u minus those 3, Pixel 3 still better both in Photos & Videos score point. And i dig their explanations, details about it are spot on.
But considering K20 pricing, nothing wrong with it.

Actually if you use right settings in pro mode and wipe your camera lens before taking pics with your mobile, you can also take better pictures

I plan on buying this phone. It's a serious bang for buck but dxo is useless and biased

Finally Quantity is more important than Quality. Way to go dxo mark.
Now that number of lenses has this significant importance, What about that Light Phone with 16 cameras ?? It will probably beat every camera ever produced.
