However, for Pixel fans who are going to buy/upgrade the phone anyway then it's a bonus. They can sell the CB to cover some of their cost.

Samsung are giving away galaxy buds with S10 orders. Sony are also giving away PS4's with their Xperia handsets. It's a way a company draws in more customers not because their phone is bad.

Why all of you say Pixel 4 design ugly? Its still better than holes or notches one. Its give you no distortion display while you watch it and about Chromebook one, its has big potential like can running Linux (GIMP,Libre Office and KDenLive and many Android apps.

If for acomplish to sell some phones you must give that for free, then those "alleged freebies" are in reality included in the price/plan and the phone itself is overpriced a lot. Which is more than well known. Imagine if then they brag of sell X units in only a few time XD.
Don't forget to read the small letter if you are interested to avoid bad experiences and end losing money...
