Yet to receive the update for my M20P which received updates in September with August patch. I don't need frequent software updates for my devices(except the security patches) since the mobile is already very smooth, has all features that i need...let them make useful enhancements once a quarter or so for three years

Is the 20 or 30 pro worth getting? Plan to upgrade soon, saw some good deals on Amazon and ebay for both.

I thought the roadmap is p30 series will be receiving update first for emui. Seems like mate 20 series jump queue 😀

Now this is funny, there are thousands and thousands of mate 20 pro users who can't upgrade and probably never will. I'm still stuck on emui 9.0.0.243, not even 9.1. And people are getting emui 10 now? It's a joke how Huawei treats their customers. Most beautiful phone I've over ever owned, worst customer service I've ever seen. I have the international version mate 20 pro. I'm still stuck on April security patch. Haven't had a update in 6 months. This is how they treat a flagship phone? I hate Huawei for how they've treated us thousands of customers who can't update and probably never will. Done everything possible except root and flash a rom. Done with this company, never again. I'll scream it from the rooftops how much I despise Huawei and I'll tell everyone I know to steer clear from them, they just don't care at all about their customers. Zero.
