        I won't install anything on my S10e until it's confirmed that Android 10 won't bring battery drain issues on the S10 line-up too.

        Facial recognition is useless without 3D scanner. And Samsung already has other features that Android 10 will bring. While Android 10 will kill off Android Beam feature.

          iris scanner is better I think, love it on my note 9. Sorry its not on the note 10 models.

              Is face recognition even securely reliable in the first place? I've read stories about people unlocking the phone using face recognition via just a simple printed pic. Heck, I even read similar stories with twins.

                Anonymous, 16 Oct 2019Hope Samsung bring 3D Face ID with upcoming S11/S11 plus si... moreIf it works under display, ok. I don't want a huge pill hole for proper 3D face scanning. UD/Rear FPs are better than obstructing the screen.

                Also to me it feels awkward and inpractical to lift your phone up to your face to 3D scan. I prefer FPS for that reason too

                  This is not biometrics, so is useless as a safety even with 3UA

                      Can't wait for this insecure 2D face scamming to be fooled by a picture of open eyes.

                      Face scamming is so insecure and yet it counts as biometrics. Iris scanner is better.
