AnonD-46241, 13 Mar 2012sammy just dosent know how to please its costumers !! all ... moredont blame samsung , they basicallly just want to "differenciate" their product off the mainstream android phone market . . . -,- if you want aosp look blame yourself for not reading xda, there is tousand aosp skinned rom outhere . . . whats the point of android if you dont customize your phone according to your personal refference? and blaming all the guilt to samsung . ust like the owner of those fruity phone?

I've had it for a while now (rooted) and it does bring a lot of performance improvements (and mine's not even the official version)...
All I would say to get the best out of it, is use something like ADW Launcher - to get rid of Touchwiz and you'll have the cleanest UI and fastest out there... virtually identical to stock (remove the status bar, change the main dock, etc.) - looks BRILLIANT...
It'll be interesting to see ICS figures as a percentage next month...
All I would say is, how on earth can a phone released almost a year ago get ICS before 'flagships' released this year? To me, this shows a rushed, ill thought out product that's a year behind competition (Xperia S I'm looking at you...)
Good job I'm not upgrading until the end of the year, hopefully the Nexus successor will be out (probably made by Moto) speaking of which... wonder when their new phones will be announced?

Hello, can anyone who has already made the update confirm whether it supports flash content in the web browser,or not?I think this is one of he most important issues that came up after their last announcement.

I just upgraded my GS2 to ice-cream sandwich. It works fine I would say, although scrolling and helicopter view is not as smooth as before, but not a big deal. The overall first impression is good. And I live in Sweden!

A bunch of spoiled brats. Your continuing whining is lame. A few days ago Samsung was the worst OEM because they didn't launch ICS on 10th of the month.
Now you complain that it doesn't look like AOSP ? What is wrong with you ?
