thada2607, 19 Oct 2019I'm using Redmi Note 3 Pro and the ads are there, in the fi... morei use a pocophone f1 and my wife uses a k20 pro as well as a y2/s2. so far only her s2 had ads in the beginning, but eversince the update to miui 10.3 the s2 had an option to turn off ads and it has not flashed an ad since on the in built apps. my pocophone f1 and my wife's k20 pro had the option to turn off ads while setting it up for the first time and it never shown ads ever.

[deleted post]Just search for the way to disable it if you unable to locate the option. Like all other miui users, mine 3 different mi phones all also able to disable ads that appeared in those app.

All the brand phones care about is there flagship phones and none for the middle class or low end class like Xiaomi does. So dont complain in this part. The flagship high end with high price has less customers then low to middle class. Cause more people can afford to buy cheaper devices then only high end high price flagships. I have had brand phones that only get 1 update on there life time and that means no security updates even. For the price range i got my Xiaomi i have not seen any other company give out so much updates. I am not sure that my note 5 pro will get the MIUI 11 but if it dont get then i am a bit disappointed cause miui 10 update got even phones 4 years old at the time it was release and mine is only not even 2 years old.
