Google has strayed away from its origin.
They first came out with Nexus products and their niche was that we will provide good phone for the mass for cheap.
Now they want to charge more for their phones, but without providing better hardware.
They don't have top CPU(Apple has that)
Top camera(Huawie has that)
Top in new hardware research (Samsung has that)
Google pixel line up do not provide anything top notch. They are just total failure if you think of bang for the bucks. Its time Google get back to its origin, and try to provide Google experience to the mass by providing good phones for cheap.

I would love to see these camera comparisons after the review is published:
Pixel 4 v iPhone 11 Pro, OP 7T Pro, Galaxy Note 10
Since the Pixel 4 is missing the point by a long mile this year, I'm really tempted to ditch my 2 XL and go for either an iPhone or OP route. Thank you guys!

Thayoli nintey achan, 22 Oct 2019I will only buy this phone if the battery life is good.The battery is poor in both, based on the multitude of reviews that I have seen. Turn all the features off, and they are average life or below. Turn features on, and you will have major battery anxiety.

Robe, 22 Oct 2019Isn't worth for the $999. How's Battery life? Already DxOma... morepixle takes noisy photo even at base ISO range. so, still you are expecting that pixel will get highest score. ?

So I've seen a couple of review videos from different reviewers (mostly credible ones), and here's the consensus about this phone.
Battery life is barely average on default settings (phone mostly stays on 60hz and rarely switches to 90hz). If you force 90hz within developer settings, then battery life becomes poor. (on both the P4 & P4XL)
Display colors & quality is good, but brightness is not impressive. Outdoor legibility is mediocre.
Performance is snappy for the most part, but shortage of RAM & Storage might become an issue after a while.
Image quality from both the cameras is very good. Quality is similar to iPhone 11. It is however not really any better than the competition at this point.
Video quality is good, but not upto competition's standards. It also can't record 4k@60fps or 720p@960fps (slo-mo)
Selfie camera takes good images, but lacks AF (previous Pixels had it).
OS is now completely gesture-based, which might not be your cup of tea.
Face unlock is fast, but unsecure in it's current state (unlocks with eyes closed). Software updates might fix this.
The Radar stuff is gimmickry at best. It's gesture reading accuracy is about 60% percent, and even when it works, it can only do very basic tasks.

Pixel range worse phone yet. Im a Pixel fan since og pixel, never upgraded to another because of lack of innovation or basics, still waiting..

Isn't worth for the $999. How's Battery life? Already DxOmark rated Pixel 4 xl camera with 112 marks put it in 8th place..!
