To Compete with Xiaomi's Note 8 Pro ( Helio G90T Chip) - It required Samsung to put in A51 Exynos 9630( Good Battery - 4500 with 5000mAh , ois better digital stabillization and afortable price) If not the phone will have the luck of the Samsung A50S (low demand). Because in the market exist better options in that area of money. nobody pays right now for brand names ( To buy less for lots of money) and last but not least it would be a good idea for Samsung to differentiate from her competitors and to offer IP68 dust/water resistant. Or else will continue to have low sales in the midrange class.

Galaxy M30s is also using Exynos 9611 so Galaxy A51 using same processor seems odd. But if it does, then it'll be disappointing at the very least.

Samsung usually doesn't do this with a series. I mean in J series they used same processor for 3 years but A series always got an upgrade even if it was insignificant
