Even Redmi 8 note pro supports faster wireless charging and cost only 1/4 of the price.
Pixel 4 is like a prank on users of google phones.

It doesn't... moreyeah dude. check the mi 9 pro 5g. it has 40w wired charging,30w wireless charging,10w reverse wireless charging, much bigger 4000mah battery, gorilla glass 6 on the front and back, have snappdragon 855 plus instead of 855,has an ultrawide camera, has the best haptic motor on any phone, has one of the most effecient cooling systems on a phone, the fastest in display fingerprint sensor, biggest sound chamber(although it only has mony speakers),has a notch instead of that giant forhead and has a bunch of premium features like ufs 3.0,dual band gps, and on top off all that, it does not have an ugly camera bump, has an ir blaster and advanced nfc functions. it also has 5g capabilities with seven antenna bands and the all new x55 modem chipset. the starting varient has 8gb ran instead of 6 and has 128 gb storage. it can also go up to 12gb ram and 512gb storage.
you get all of that extra features for 520 usd(release price) and if that is still too much, xioami dropes the price of these phones overtime drastically as the chipsets used from qualcomm get cheaper as newer models release. it also has an improves ui with miui 11 and some very cool features similar to airplay, airprint and airdrop. they have a disable add function, the best always on display functionality, ability to adjust bokeh effect after taken and a cool feature that replaces the sky for a better one if you want it too in the editing. you get that an much more stuff like a clean and conjested ui and flagship performance with 30w wireless charging for an extremely high value for your money

This phone is a failure with such small battery. It doesn't last for whole day which is not acceptable for high-end smartphone with current price tag and "fast" wireless charging doesn't make a difference.

          Incredible technology!

Vasra, 22 Oct 201911W is not fast. It is 2017 dog-slow. Still would prefer dog-slow but long reliable battery instead of fast charging with lots of Watts but deteriotating battery in less than three years time.

Wow we are so amazed by this cutting edge piece of innovation by Google.
Huawei Mate already does 30W wireless charging.

Good to know although fast charging really does ruin battery thanks to the heat.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi has 27W wireless charging on a phone half the price, a phone that actually has decent battery life

This is not a joke question: Did Google actually approved some other wireless chargers for fast charging Pixel 3?
From what I remember, there were not even five wireless chargers that were able/allowed to fast charge Pixel 3.

11W is not fast. It is 2017 dog-slow.
