I did not have any problems. Moreover, Apple has a great after sales support.

960fps and even ... moreLots of your points could be very valid but I just now bought iPhone 11 128 GB. Initial disappointment with the screen quality wanes. Since I have been using QHD AMOLED Android mobiles for many years and have skipped iPhones after 7+. The display takes sometime to get used to it. Definitely very vibrant and True Tone colours, texts are looking good, overall good; only the home screen layout looks bit dull and I have been trying with various themes and backgrounds. Cameras are really great matching the high quality images from android flagships and its selfi camera is the best. Obviously, it’s SoC performance is the best as per benchmarks though I don’t see any real life advantage over my M20P. I am not a heavy gamer or video watcher hence I may not feel the impact of lack of 1080p screen or lack of AMOLED display etc...
Quite significantly, compared to my last iPhone (7+) for which I paid nearly $1200 this one with much more advanced features costing pretty lesser and I have decided not to spend anymore on iPhones beyond $800-$850 (based on current exchange rate against local currency)

I use the S10 sometimes since it's got waterproofing and other stuff.
Also got a Zenfone 6z and a Redmi K20 pro at home.
Every device running on a custom ROM (to unlock possibilities that you can only dream of on your Toy OS)
Asus ROG phone 2 absolutely smokes the iPhone 11 pro Max that too at 120Hz. If you use the display at 60Hz, it lasts even more, Just ask Gsmarena.
Don't worry, when your iPhone battery is running low I'll lend you some charge your phone by reverse charging and still go an entire day with heavy use.

iPhone 11 pro is too expensive, that's the only reason why it's not selling well compared to the 11.
