My Note9 with SD845 never ov... moreUsed both note 9 snapdragon 845 and note 9 Exyons 9810 and the only bad thing about Exyons note 9 gaming performance other than that it’s better than snapdragon variant especially in ram management, single core performance and battery life aren’t bad at all as some Samsung user think.

But that means the 9830 will be powerful as the 990 matches the 9820 or higher in specs
Mali g77 mp11
Maybe g77 mp16 then they can catch up finally
Equates to 1150 flops current 855 plus level
The current 9820 /9825 is at 600 gflops big difference in the variants you can see

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2019Does anyone know why exactly Samsung chose US and China for... moreThey still use CDMA networks of some sort and maybe they have a deal with Qualcomm that lets them license CDMA patents for cheaper (for midrange and low end phones for example) in exchange of using SD chips. Or something else involving patents for sure.

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2019yeah.. samsung and their exynos again..Let's hope they will reduce the gap again this year like they did last year with Qualcomm's beast. Don't forget that the gap between the exy 9810 and sdg 845 is bigger than the one between the exy 9820 and sdg 855 (got this from the expert in this area : Anandtech). The problem is that qualcomm will use 4 cortex A77 compared to samsung only using 2 fat A77 based cores and 2 A76. Same for the GPU, qualcomm will propably dominate ARM again next year in both power and efficiency. At least sdg 865 and exy 990/9830 will be both manufactured in 7nm EUV, unlike last year.
