Beats have signature bassy sound. Sure you will dislike it. But People like us prefer the bassy and boomy sound for EDM and Pumped hits at GYM. You won't like to listen to orchestra during working out. Whatever it is, the sound quality of Beats is definitely better than oneplus bullets. Even I use, Fiio DAC AMP with HD650 Massdrop, I also have M50X and PX80(dont use these 2 much anymore),For workout I have Bose, but the bass is never enough

All most all brands use it, so that you can hear out side sound when in need. Regarding battery, yes its true.. earphones won't last forever. At most 10 years. I am using Bose Sound-sport wireless for nearly 5 years. At first I used to get 8 hours, now its around 6 and half. The good thing is the batteries don't degrade as fast as smartphones. Maybe due to low amp charging. However I think 10 years is a long time, and by that time technology will move so fast that you would like to a new headset regardless of the condition of your current sets. I am in this postilion now. Everything is good in my bose, but I would like the better battery life, noise cancellation and better range.

            pufanu, 29 Oct 2019A million balanced armatures aren't better than a single hi... moredepends, dynamic driver has it's own advantages as well as balanced armatures have it's own advantages, some companies uses combination of both to get best of both worlds, but in the mid range and high end market, it seems balanced armatures are more popular than dynamic drivers, however, certain dynamics which dynamic driver can easily reproduce with balanced armatures can not.

People buying Apple products don't usually care about specs and numbers, they just want to let other people know that they paid for the latest thing Apple has to offer. Not that there's anything wrong with that, to each their own, it's their money. But, man, are they missing out on performance (and sound quality if talking about earphones) for those prices.

                      Hello Life, 29 Oct 2019Lol, the powerbeats are way better than one plus bullets(ne... morereally, gather you are not interested in sound quality, but there again, it's exagarrated bass and nothing else, evemn what hifi says it's not really decent in audio quality, in the meantime, i listen to my wired astell and kern michelle limited, triple balanced armature ( or AKG k551 at home or spare pair quad balanced armature Sony XBA-40) with my sony NW-ZX100 with 180gb of lossless flac, majority burnt from my own cds and a few high resolution audio albums

Even the Samsung U flex are better than oneplus. Beats used to be way worse, but now they are making legit devices, albeit at a premium price. True there are better sounding alternatives, but one plus bullets surely is far from that. I got it for free with one plus 7 pro. I used it for 7 days, thats it.

                              So its everywhere.

                                Man, judging on how many AirPods I see around the place... they're a bit of a status symbol.

                                I'm expecting Apple will make a killing off these...
                                Though then again, if they look similar enough to the original ones, and people can't tell the difference from a distance.. people may not feel the need to upgrade.

You can get significantly better for half the price one plus one bullet Mk 2 with its hybrid twin dynamic driver and balanced armature and aptx hd high bitrate wireless, only USD 99

                                      Generally people who prefer sound quality but still require truely wireless will go for Sony WF-1000xm3, on the other hand, wealthy audiophile will go for the bulky truely wireless fotrex mmcx adapter and use in ear monitors which generally use different technology balanced armature, other may see sport designed Bluetooth 5 shure wireless adapter with mmcx if they can live with wireless around the neck, on the other hand, bargain basement people with audiophile taste go for astell and Kern xb10 aptx hd receiver with their in ear monitors only USD 70 nowadays, but with digital amp high bitrate wireless aptx hd and both unbalanced 3.5mm and balanced 2.5mm
