I personally find it really funny how people can put the fact with good looks and Samsung phones together. They're like water and oil, not trying to be a put down and or back up se freak. nevertheless, samsung is doing fairly good with their chipset. but looks? ppl, please. and feature wise. SE's walkman is known to be user friendly and long lasting. having it doesnt mean everything, a phone can have everything, but important factor is, does it run right. SE phones comes up with a brand new really eye catching looks every year, problem is, they pretty much use the same idea again n again for the rest of the year. check hostory if u may. looks wise, nevertheless, moto and nokia has always been doing fairly well compare with SE. like i said about SE, just too many repeats. but in the end. Samsung has been the provider of mobile chip for other companies, which is interesting. btw, great new looks with SE, wont say perfection for the time being, cuz they've done much better in their past years.
totally agree that W350 looking nicer than w760 (though i 760 has a good tough look to it)
and to the wifi guy. Wifi has became a basic feature on hgiher end mobile devices since, last year, sony just made it more common late last year.
this year will be extramly interesting.

sony ericsson will never ever catch up with samsung in this year 2008 or any other year, yehey!!!. With thier design, they are out dated. Ok feature wise, they are more added, but people cannot see the feature right then and there, but the design is more visible. Samsung phones are not way behind in terms features, it offers both sophesticated mp3 player and camera functions in one phone, unlike sony ericsson.

W350... Sony MZ5? Samsung M100? Whatever it's closest to... it's a return to a fantastic form factor... my best ever phone was a Samsung R200 and that kicked butt! So... time for Nokia to respond with the modern day Matrix phone!

According to official, W760 DOES comes with WLAN (Wifi) what a lovely function!

Shame is W760 doesn't come with AF and LED flashlight, still love to see this new toy

hmm.... good model but maybe it just need more a lot of time to see SE change the LCD,im waiting 4 it,hope SE quick improving en be number 1,bravoo SE...

hello to all! I'm quite impressed with w760... I just got w960i (i am posting this with it, cause im in a bus :P) and with this kind of news i get the impression that my new beast seems kinda crappy next to w760.. i'd like c some expert opinions. would it make sense to give my w960 back and wait for the w760i ? damn you SE, they always do the same :P just kiddin! i love SE!

wheres the point in a budget phone like those. If you want a cheap phone then buy an older phone!
and the W760 is still behind on the other phones out at the moment. Will SE ever stand up to the N95 challenge?

What's the point of that Z-series? Nobody's buying that, just the waste of SE designer's time & money.
W 760 doesn't have a front camera.
The lid thing on W 350 looks pretty dysfunctional.
I'm a great SE fan, but now I'm really disappointed.
