I have owned a Galaxy Note 3 for 4 years and a galaxy Note 8 for 2 and can say exactly the same thing! 100% satisfied! Where does that get us? Apple's diminishing sales was the reason why they dropped the price on their base model from $750 last year (iPhone XR) to $700 this year (iPhone 11) to improve on those numbers.
If Samsung & Huawei keep their leads this year (which they're very likely to), then expect iPhone 11s to start from $650 next year. Also, they'd be launching that rumored iphone SE 2 at a lower than expected price point.

That's like lvl0 growth for huawei, considering OS. Will be interesting to see what happens in the next months. It's great to see more competition after years of apple/samsung reign. Xiaomi, Huawei, etc. Cheap midrange and gaming phones also create some pressure to innovate, not just to sell the brand name.

Wow, this is wow, but I am not surprised I knew Samsung would continue their lead because they changed their game play with the midrange and also brought excellent phone in the Note 10 lineup. Great move. I have also known Huawei to be unrelenting and unstoppable so they would maintain their position. But I was a bit fearful for them because of how US want to bring them down. Xiaomi, I knew it about 4 years ago that they would climb the ladder easily because they make the best value for money phone. Great phones but cheapest prices. They were always selling in China the homeland. I always wrote challenging them to go global all out and they will succeed massively and now they are at number 4 this is amazingly wow. They can come pass iPhone swear.

Their devices work , pure and simple, no muss no fuss. They don't focus on gimmicks and fancy new features that just look good on paper and have no use in the realworld or don't really work ...
