Of course it is, because currently iPad basically has no contender. Android tablets are usually cheap or low specced. Even the similar priced Samsung's Tab A 10.1 is just meh, though it has S-pen which is a big plus. Huawei and Xiaomi tried to compete with lower price and medium spec, but their market is very limited. One newcomer in this segment maybe the Surface Go.

I hate tablets but if I were to buy one it would definitely be an iPad or a cheap Amazon tablet.

IDC, the original confirmation bias market "analyst". No mention of Microsoft/Windows tablets here. When the same analyst compares PC's, iPads are suddenly counted as such, while devices like Galaxy Tabs, MediaPads and Lenovo Tabs are ignored....

Amazon tablets are around $70. Made for ebook reading and media consumption. Other manufacturers don't have any tablets in that price range.

My brother's Ipad was meh when I first used it and now, with IpadOS installed, I really enjoy using it. I see myself buying one in the future and anything from Huawei or Samsung just won't cut it for me as of now.

For me the best tablet is iPad but no iPhone for me. Android is the best when it comes to smartphones. And Windows is the best for computers.
