why the battery so big? It will only make phone heavy and thick? i'm still waiting for small form factor phone like iP 11 with excellent photos and competitive price.

And well every flagship with SD855 or 855+ are not called Pro.
CC9 lineup dont seem to have these flagship hardware versions and are more on the middle class hardware. And not everyone play with there phone or buy it for gaming. 730 is good enough to last you 3 years of phone use and all the updates every app and droid is doing to slow down older hardware.

You do know that the two expensive things on a phone are the cameras and the screen. It being top notch in both makes it an ultra high end not a midrange. Soc only $30 to $50, all the while screens can cost up to $100 and cameras more in fact.
Yeah, this is a high end phone carrying a midrange processor (which is irrelevant if one is not seriously gaming). Great idea to cut costs, cut from the less essential things and load up the ones in which phones are still bad, camera quality and battery.

It should be able to beat the GPU of the SD 810 by now, since it came out in 2015.

Note 8 is 180€, have power efficient processor,great build quality and quad camera. Note 8 pro is 230€ and have great chipset for the price with 64 mp camera sensor. 9 lite is also 230€ ,have weaker procesor but have AMOLED screen. Mi 9t is without notch and with great sd procesor,which guarantee updates. Mi 9 is top model and is cheap cause its ont the market almost a year. They have model for everyone and that is great thing.

Mi 9T was launched for 330 euros where I live, this will probably be 350-370 euros, since it has 5x optical zoom and the SD 730G.

If I'm not mistaken the performance of the Snapdragon 730G processor isn't too far from last year's flagship processor, the Snapdragon 845? And is it not more powerful than the Snapdragon 835 processor?
Please someone tell me if I'm wrong.

i love xiaomi brought 730G soc. it is vety good news to keep the specs high and price down. not everybody need gaming power
