Whackcar, 07 Nov 2019Here's the minimum acceptable battery capacities of the S11... moreAs if Samsung would actually be able to extract all those juice to the extreme.
You can have as large as 8000mAh battery and still get 60h endurancd rating (in reference to GSMArena Battery Test) if it's not well-optimized.
Their Galaxy S10's 3500mAh battery lasts shorter than the Xperia 1's 3330mAh battery, and all that while having a smaller 6.1" screen and of lower QHD+ resolution (vs 4K).
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro's 5260mAh battery only got 95h results, while Xperia 5's 3100mAh battery got 96h. Cool?

Why are people so obsessed with mAhs? Yo do understand that whether its 3500 or 4000 or 4500, you will still have to charge your phone everyday? Only with 3500 it will be at 5% at the end of the day and with 4500 it will be at 20% at the end of the day
Until they make a revolution in the battery technology and make batteries capable of surviving 4-5 days on one full charge, a few mAhs won't make a big difference

Here's the minimum acceptable battery capacities of the S11 series:
S11e = 3730 mAh
S11 = 4000mAh
S11+ = 4500mAh
Either do or dissolve.

Fellas, before complaining read first. This battery applies on their cheaper variant (maybe S11e) not the '+' variant. Considering that variant will be in smaller screen size than the '+', 3700mah is plenty.
I'm more interested on their new camera module, finally step up using bigger sensor. They need to improve current image algorithm that has plasticky & cartoony looks.

THE-TRUTH-REVEALER, 07 Nov 2019Companies should stop messing around and just put at-least ... moreThis is the S11e, if this is comparable to the S10e they wouldn't be able to reasonably fit 4Ah into it. This phone is probably already going to be taller or thicker to accommodate that battery.

Heisenberg, 07 Nov 2019Hope the size of S11e is similar to S10e.I'd buy it if so. It is a great one hander, but I find the battery life to be poor.

It's a sad fact. In the quest for the thinnest and lightest phones. Battery will never change. One of acceptable things we want a super thin phone. So you accept 1 day battery life. If your lucky.

Sadly Samsung have never learnt. Had the sme poor battery life since Galaxy S5. So nothing has changed. Only more specs. Better screens and cameras. But battery life the same. Why not say a minimum of 4500 mAh at least.

Compared to lastest xiaomi or ROG 2 the 3700 mAh looks laughable to me.

I hope Samsung turn against the decision to remove the jack by bringing it back. They heard the outrage despite stronger sales on the Note 10 series than last year's Note 9.

Again the same stupid Apple logic:
Cut some of the main features, take the people money, because you have a Name, than add those features in the next Note model, set a crazy price for that model, and take the rest of the money from the people who wanted to buy something completed ....

Companies should stop messing around and just put at-least 4000 mAH batteries on all their phones.
Let us not withhold a critical feature like battery life for "oh-look-what-new-stuff-we-introduced-this-year."
