Don't want a smaller screen. larger would be better. At least they aren't putting that crappy retina display that Samsung manufactures for Apple with its horrible viewing angles and useless pixel density for a screen that small. Didnt think they wood stoop that low. Stick to quality and not hype Samsung, but still not impressed. I hope something more in packed in the S3 or I will continue with my S2 or jump ships. No fanboy here. I go for haut-technology whoever makes it.

SuperAMOLED Plus HD wow cant wait to see this screen in action. so screen will be 4.5 inch i say still too big 4.3 inch was ok
12mp wont hurt anyone more zoom in without losing quality.

Altho the spec is not set in stone i wanted a smaller screen @ 4inches..It depends on how they get rid of the big borders on the sgs2 and make the 4.7inch screen feel not as big..What i mean is its how it feels in the hand and i find the sgs2 right at the edge of whats comfortable for me(and some others judging by comments)..
I have jsut got myself an sgs2 to put me on till sgs3 arrives..I sold my sgs2 to try iphone 4s but lets forget about that its been sold to buy sgs2..
I will be one of the first to get an sgs3 i have been saving for 7months so money is ready.It still depends on lauches and availability but UK should get it first and delivered to sunny Chesire just for me..Haha.

I think its about time they started putting more than 1gb ram in phones, we seem to of been stuck on 1gb for a life time now

I have a galaxy s ii now and it is really bad with its battery, I have put it in closet and using my iPhone for now. I hope Samsung is not going to rip us off with galaxy s III.

The hardware will most likely be great, but the OS is still the big drawback. I'm looking forward to the dual-carrier HSPA, very useful. Also hoping the battery life issue has been considered.

I don't want 8mm thick phone, I want a phone that won't die on me before the end of the day! I sure wish there would be a version with extended battery (at least 2500mAh). Motorola DROID RAZR is crap, but making a MAXX was a step in the right direction.

I agree dat when a phone has a less impressive specsheet dan previously rumoured, its a bit dissapointing. But dont forget dat samsung itself hasnt confirmed any thing. More over,even if these specs cum out to b true i dont think it will b any hindrance to users. 720p display is fine. 1gb of ram hasnt really faced any prblms so 2gb nt too much of an improvement (although a desirable one). Quadcore is grt. No battery remarks since sammy hasnt said anything as of now. Camera is a gud improvement although i dont mind using a 5mp cam. M nt much of a camfan. But yeah the 60fps video recording is really cool. Heres to hoping dat it applies to all video modes.

Alui, 21 Mar 2012I didn't upgrade from SGS to SGS II. SGS was and is good en... more:)...i have, with a few bucks..i paid for my sgs 100 euros,sold it for 250...added 50 and bought the sgs2...right now i cand sell my sgs2 for 350...i could gather 100 more and get the sgs3...a phone it just doesn't worth to may more than 450-500euros for a mobile device.Unless your're a fanboy of a certain brand and you want to have a bling bling no matter the price.
