Good. OnePlus wasn't the first to launch a 90hz display, but they were the reason it got mainstream.
It makes perfect sense for them to upgrade to 120hz on the successor. Some other OEMs including Apple is also predicted to make the jump to 120hz next year, so the feature will likely become a trend of 2020.

nepu.bug, 08 Nov 2019I've not used any AMOLED screen phone with 90Hz display yet... moreI'm using a 7t pro (90hz) and its great. I also have a 144hz gaming monitor and when gaming @ 120fps with a 120Hz refresh rate the fluidity is mind blowing, so if the device is capable of rendering video at 120fps then 120hz displays will be great.

nepu.bug, 08 Nov 2019I've not used any AMOLED screen phone with 90Hz display yet... moreWell on PC monitor there's clear difference between 90 and 120Hz so i suppose the same will be here.
From what i know yes more Hz drain battery even more but also there's variable refresh rate systems in those phones so it's not 90Hz whole time. Add to this that ones that try higher refres rate displays don't want to go back to 60Hz even at cost of battery life

I've not used any AMOLED screen phone with 90Hz display yet and here OnePlus is about to launch a phone with 120Hz display. Will 120Hz display really make a big difference over the existing 90Hz display or will it be just another battery draining thing?
