Updated to latest OS , it drain my juice and my phone it as hot as samsung s2 before they got their updates. Need to send back to dealer to revert back to 2.3.5

I am a music freak I believe music off, breath off I have tried most of the phone model nothing can come close to the music quality of a higher end motorola phone not even an iphone.
the headphones that come with the moto are of superb quality as well.
I had once bought a iphone earphone for Rs.1700, it became defunct in just 15 days I took it back to them they took a month to give it back to me.
not only was the service pathetic, the product was worse.
The same scenario occurred with a motorola and I bought the earphones for just Rs. 300.
why pay a Premium for a hopeless product and the service that accompanies it.
I rather pay less and buy a better quality product and better service.

They should of released an international version of Razr Maxx too... Do they not want to make money?
I would consider Razr Maxx or Galaxy S3. The battery is a big attraction.

i have had my razr since november ..brilliant phone best build quality all phones should be this tough ...no buggy software phone is the best droid handset to date...moto is back .....

I have been using razr 4m last 3 week whatever i heard bad things became true coz of battery not much support, i am waiting 4 3300MAh in singapore very hard to find cover 4 this model much worried can i find battery here in singapore but the rest fulfilled my requirement overall moto rock..........value 4 money...

I upgraded a while back (2 weeks ago more or less). I remember buying this phone with Gingerbread 2.3.5 version.
After buying the phone, I immediately checked for new updates and it found one. The updated upgraded the OS to 2.3.6 with Build number 6.5.1-167-SPD-IRD-40. Not sure if this is "this" update or a new one. I will check when I get back home.
BTW the update I got 2 weeks ago made the camera pictures yellowish... But it really didn't bother me that much since I use a 3rd party camera app which can adjust the White Balance :). I didn't notice any battery improvements since I upgraded immediately :D. Also, the lockscreen format was changed.
Anyway - to those asking if this phone is good: well so far im happy with this one. Sporty slim look, very fast, takes decent photos, decent battery also (more than 1 day on moderate use), screen is also decent (you wont really notice the pentile from a normal viewing range - though a bit dark on outdoor usage but it really doesn't bother me that much since im always inside the office).

Hmm, let's see. . . Samsung released ICS for their SII here already, and it's buggy as hell. Can't see any icons in unlock screen - unlocking blindly -, Launcher menu is still the boring TouchWiz, now with added sirup effect - 3rd party launcher is a must. And the browser crashes constantly, causing 3rd party browser to be a must as well. Not to mention the SMS/MMS bug and that so many ICS features are not available for the SII, despite the fact that it actually runs on ICS.
It's not about getting an update the fastest, but about getting decent well-working updates. Haven't most learned that by now? Especially you (supposedly) working as a phones sales clerk? Just admit you don't like sellng Motorola 'cause you have higher profit margins on over priced Sammy and fruit phones.
As a buyer and consumer, Motorola brings me much value for my money, more so than it's competitors.
Besides the RAZR has better battery life then the top models of others, it's got better features like MotoCast, Smart Actions as well as it's HDMI features.

i love razr, its my 1st Motorola, this update boasted my battery life alot, can't wait 4 ics, com'on bring it motto :)

It's Motoblur UI sucks, and its development is very very slow. It's camera sucks, and its Pentile display is below par. No USB On the Go support, and a slower CPU & GPU comparted to the Galaxy S II

Has any one Actually Benchmarked what is the Talk time with 3G Network on and No WIFI.
I have ATRIX 4G & I am damn so waiting for razr MAxx to come in GSM, just RAZR has some bad reviews saying that battery Drains out quickly !!!!
I wanna know by the users who have it, what is the Talk time... they getting in one full charge !!!!
I have Extended battery in my Arix, and For RazR there is not such Extended batteries

Updated from 2.3.5 a few weeks back so...
No updates that are new found on this end on my side of things
