Had last 5 S line samsungs and i am a power user and it didnt happen to me. In all cases that burn in is present it was users fault. Left it for few hours with screen on or it crashed and stayed on the same screen for a longer period... So sorry it is more or less your problem.

That would be seen as either abuse and/or tear and would naturally excluded from any warranty work. I have an 8+ and it's in perfect working order and nigh on perfect condition.
So you must have abused your phone, your fault.

Alter year of using Galaxy S8 it has keyboard burnt in. Samsung refuses warranty. Never gonna buy anything from Samsung again.
