The first time i see this pic , my first expression was "optimus" LG phone, i know the design of LG Optimus phone and lok carefully how the UI is not properly edited to the direction of the screen.

note that the back, home and the app drawer buttons are actually built into the display and not seperately under the screen

This is an LG Optimus 2x with middle of the phone photoshoped with Samsung logo and screen/camera/earpiece.
The rubber that you guys talk about (the outer edges of the case) is just the design for the 2x, no rubber and no phone case here.
