Huawei was the big winner with Apple the only other company that managed to grow.

I've used this S6 loads as a 1 & only driver for 4 years, I never had an issue with any burn in or colour loss, maybe it's lost some blue hue on a white screen, my Note9 screen is noticeably more perfect.

Regarding burn in I've played loads of Chess on it's Super AMOLED screen, brightness= ~50%, also Sat nav brightness up to 100% in daylight sunshine.

I've looked for an imprint or an impression of the chessboard, but I can't see any on this S6 & I've looked hard to see with full brightness @ max nits on both clear white & clear black backgrounds, with no trace whatsoever.

Back to topic: I'm not suprised about Huawei's increase if I was Chinese, I'd get the Mate 30 Pro, patriotically.

It will burn in very soon if you keep your wallpaper the same and max the brightness. And it will hurt your eyes. Be careful and keep in mind IPS LCD is better and more durable.

Spec are just here to put some sparkles in top of that, because half of the people don't really understand what it does really. Most of them don't even know what's android, they just have a samsung or a LG, or an iphone. And their choice is based on what the guy in the store will tell them, also the marketing and what friend tell, regardless of if it's true or not, so it's highly dependant of the market, thus no samsung in China, no matter the spec.

                China brands selling same price as samsungs offerings, with little to no performance differences, they lost on the lcd display side, mainly the put in IPS. Samsung is giving better amoled display compared to other china brand. Only huawei is their milestone to reach now for the brands like xiaomi, oppo & vivo. And yeah dont forget Apple's screen display offerings (IT'S THE DISPLAY & SOFTWARE THAT SELLS PHONES).

                      Interesting that they continued to grow despite the backlash in the trade deal.

                      Huawei and Xiaomi are really the only Android OEMs truly pushing innovation these days so good to see them at the top.

                        Chinese not racist like Trump, so of course Chinese will continue to buy Apple (which is overpriced crap) and Huawei is banned in US as Huawei is vastly superior and if US can’t compete they ban. Pathetic.

                            What? Apple managed to grow in China? Get your facts out of here, plenty of folks on this site says otherwise with their hearsay they try to state as facts. To be honest, IDC is not that much better than those folks with their madeup stats. That's the say group who says windows phone was going to put a hurt on the iPhone. I am still waiting on their prediction of windows phone passing the iPhone.
