They know scr... moreYou do realize that it is not a normal screen,it is foldable, a unique product, foldable tech is still in its infancy, afcourse it's gonna cost more to replace the screen.
Besides people who buy the device, for them 1000$ is chump change.

It will come with small suitcase full of spare parts,display panel,chipset,battery,cameras,various ports,slots....you'd be alright for some time...
